In the conducted experiment, cotton seeds were treated with barrier discharges in air for 4 and 6 minutes. Barrier discharges are discharges in which the current flow is limited by the distinctive dimensions of at least one dielectric layer and electrode. It is noticeably larger than the size of the gap between the electrodes, which is a high pressure (more than many hundreds

of Tor), spatial heterogeneity and short duration of different physical and chemical processes: the plasma BR is in strongly non-equilibrium criteria average temperature of electrons is a few electro-volts, and the temperature of the gas is close to the temperature of the dielectric barrier. This treatment is symmetric and sufficiently studied, since the electric field separation in the discharge zone can be considered uniform if the gap between the electrodes is rather narrow. Atmospheric pressure plasma is in demand for agriculture, stimulating dielectric, barrier discharge plasma at atmospheric pressure for 4 and 6 min irradiation to stimulate plant growth, germination energy and germination rate.
